Future Projects

HEALTH

HEALTHY BABIES – With healthy babies born, there would be economic development, there would be no suffering by any individuals, poverty will reduce.

We will start educating the students as to how they could build a happy and healthy family. We will give them advice for not to marry blood relations, Thalassemia patient should not marry a Thalassemia patient. Mothers to be should be healthy with good hygiene and consuming chemical free healthy food. If they do not follow this, they will end up with defective child which will affect their peace and economic. Also to avoid Obesity, we give awareness for them not to feed their children by force.

PREGNANT MOTHERS  –  Most of the mothers do not care about the baby in their womb.

It is very essential that when a lady is pregnant,  she needs the love of her husband,  she should be clean, the environment should be clean, not noisy and  further she should consume nutritious food  & take care of her health. Avoid any harmful act and avoid engaging in races, etc. If this is taken care of the, it is sure that the baby would be healthy.

From the time a mother becomes pregnant, proper awareness and guidelines are given to her by us so that she will deliver a healthy Baby. We would follow up with regular awareness programs and health clinics to ensure the baby grows healthy. We will ensure more and more trees are planted so that the community will have a clean atmosphere and water & sanitation would be taken care of.

ELDER CARE

There are several Life Insurance Companies in Sri Lanka who provide Health Insurance, Pensions Insurance, etc. With difficulties, the parents take care of their children until or even after they are adults. They take care of the child’s safety, food, clothing, education, and whatever possible to bring them as adults. In return it is the duty of the children to look after especially when they are old. It is true that due to latest trends and workloads, even the children are not able to take full care of their own parents. At this stage, they neglect their own parents. You will understand as to how badly the parents will be affected and this sometimes trends to change to mental status and they will not know what they are doing. Therefore we suggest that every employer makes it compulsory for every worker to insure their parents for medical cover and monthly pension plan until their death. Once this is made compulsory, there would be no any issues between the parents and children as they will live a peaceful life till death. In addition, it would be not an additional burden for the children to look after their parents. There would be no any need for elders home and for the parents to lose the love of the children during their last days. The government also will be relieved of the burden of treating the unattended elders.

CHILDREN’s HOME

According to the Department of Probation and Child Care Services, in 2002,  there were 223 children’s institutions at the national level, caring for 11,495 children, which increased to more than 21,000 children in 488 voluntary residential care institutions in Sri Lanka and as of today, the figures are not available, but definitely it would be higher than 21,000 children.  Many children’s homes in Sri Lanka do not even have sufficient basic facilities such as beds, clean water or adequate sanitation facilities and for some, there were no separate storage space for children’s personal belongings. Most of these children living in orphanage homes do not get what they deserve. The kids are often ignored by the authorities, and some orphanages do not have enough money to run the homes or send them to school. Most children living in homes have never known the true meaning of family. Many children are confined in these orphanages with restricted communication with parents and relatives and often with inadequate supervision or living conditions. During festivals children receive gifts and cash donations from well-wishers and foreigners who visit the area, however, the staff members take these belongings and cash from children living in orphanages. Fundamental rights of these children are violated by not giving them when they are hungry, not providing them with suitable clothing, education, speaking rights, parents love and even they are not taken out. There are more than  6,000 employees working in these orphanages, but they are not interested or not willing to ensure the fundamental rights of these children. On the other side, in an average, 1 in 6 couples experience pregnancy issues due to extrinsic factors that may affect pregnancy, such as air, water, pollution, food and drink. To overcome, the couples spend lots of money ( in lakhs) to get a child by IVF, Test Tube Baby, etc., and around more than 500 Test Tube Babies and more than 3,500 (correct figures not available – Lanka Hospitals alone had the 1250 IVF baby in 2019). Most of the couples have gone to India spending a lot of money to get a Baby. Therefore in order to save our foreign currency, save our nation and save our own people, we suggest that parents who does not have a child, or who wants another child to please adopt a child from the orphanages and legally become a foster parent.  If a child is adopted by foster parents, he/she will have the parents love, will be clothed properly, will be sent to Schools and would be looked after and the child will receive parents love. A good generation could be built. Also conduct programs to help reunite children with their families, thus reducing the number of children in orphanages.

We have found that children in the Children’s Home suffer a lot. They are not taken out to the shops, etc., they do not have parents care, they do not have relatives, while at the same time, most of the couples now don’t have children and they spent lot of money to get test tube babies. The child at a Children’s home does not have access to food when he or she  feels hungry, but a child at his/her own home can open the fridge and eat whatever available. Therefore we discourage Children’s  Homes and promote child adoption, where the child would have parental love & care and all the benefits of a child living with the parents.

HEALTHY LIFE

We continuously conduct awareness programs on Pediatric Cancer Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Food eating patterns, Awareness on prevention of accidents, Awareness & Assistance on water and sanitation, How to keep the environment clean, etc. We also advice the community to watch their weight, limit unhealthy food and to eat healthy meals, to drink water instead of beverages and to stay hydrated, avoid instant foods, bottled & canned drinks and food items, avoid fast food, exercise regularly & walk, eat lots of fruits & vegetables, avoid Sugar, Salt and total fat. You have only one chance to live. Live it to the best.

PROMOTE AYURVEDA

We promote ayurveda and establish Ayurveda Labs. Ayurveda is a combination of herbal leaves, fruits, roots, tree, etc., and it does not contain any chemicals. While western medicines cost a lot and has side effects, ayurvedic treatment does not cost anything and no side effects. The pharmacists / scientists keep on making medicines with side effects as they are concerned of making money and not caring of the patient.

TREE PLANTING

Trees are assets of the nature given to us by God for our living, we cannot substitute artificial trees. The world will not survive without trees, and it is a beauty of God’s creations. We need trees for our environment, breathing, health, food, water, etc., etc. Population is increasing, but trees are being reduced. The increased population needs more oxygen, more water, more fire wood, more timber for housing, more paper (you need 17 trees to make one ton of paper). Trees are the world’s single largest source of breathable oxygen, but they also detoxify the air, prevent water pollution, stabilize the soil, bring communities together, offer shade, food and medicine, and shelter countless animals and birds. Just two mature trees can produce enough oxygen for a family of four. Trees reduce carbon foot print, a mature tree consumes about 48 pounds of carbon dioxide per year. Trees prevents soil erosion, cool the earth through evaporation,  prevents landslides & floods, are home to several birds, insects, animals, etc., Approximately 8 trees will provide oxygen for an adult and consume all his carbon dioxide.  Trees absorb carbon dioxide and potentially harmful gasses such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide. One large tree can supply a day’s supply of oxygen for four people. The history of environmental policy and law in Sri Lanka, goes much further in history in 1848 with the Timber Ordinance No : 24 for the reservation of forest. Our plan is to plant One Million Trees by 2030.

ENVIRONMENT

Earth’s climate has changed dramatically many times since the planet was formed several billion years ago. The natural environment gives us a wealth of services that are difficult to measure in dollars. Natural areas help clean our air, purify our water, produce food and medicines, reduce chemical and noise pollution, slow floodwaters, and cool our streets. We call this work ‘ecosystem services’.

We work and give awareness in planting trees ;  keeping streams & rivers clean free from chemicals and plastic, maintenance of clean streams, rivers, water resources ; achieve the environmentally sound management of chemicals and all wastes throughout their life cycle, and significantly reduce their release to air, water and soil ; reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse ; Be conscious of packaging – the less the better / Buy second-hand whenever you can / Choose reusable products. Use an eco-bag for shopping, a reusable water bottle or a cup to reduce your plastic waste / Never buy bottled water – boil / Recycle paper, glass, plastic, metal and old electronics. Clean your local parks and forests; Avoid use of pesticides, prohibit use of chemicals for growing plants. Protecting Nature / Biodiversity. Environment is a place in which people live their lives, so its cleanliness and good weather would be considered a huge advantage for people since they are busy in different walks of life and a healthy environment can insure the safety of their lives not only physically but also mentally. Our environment plays an important role in our health.

WATER & SANITATION

We will take steps to improve the Water & Sanitation which are a basic requirement for healthy living. Areas to improve would be rural school sanitation, sanitation facilities for the disabled and the problem of ground water contamination resulting from on-site sanitation in congested townships. There are dirty water streams / canals in the cities which could be used for agriculture. Toilet pit in every house is a problem as they do not keep it air tight and the waste leaks to the earth and the earth water becomes polluted. The government should instruct the Health Officers check on all houses to ensure that the toilet pits are sealed. Assist and educate the communities on the preservation of ground drinking water and to provide assistance for the supply of drinking water. Ensure everyone has access to clean drinking water and sanitation facilities. Improve sanitation facilities by providing toilets and latrines that flush into a sewer or safe enclosure. Promote good hygiene habits through education. Awareness & assistance on the development of water safety plans. Promoting safely-managed rainwater harvesting in the communities and schools.  Awareness on avoiding contamination of water. Cleaning Rivers, Streams & Lakes and educating the community. Due to population increase, houses are built in small lands where the distance between  drinking water wells and the toilet pits are so close and the leakage in the toilet pits makes the ground water polluted. We have planned to build sanitation facilities near crowded Bus Halts, which would be looked after by an unemployed couple. There would be separate facilities for males and females, stock of sanitary items (including soap, disinfectant, sanitary pads ) would be kept for an emergency of a female who suddenly has her menses periods. The accommodation for the caretaker couple would be two rooms adjoining this facility and they will collect a small amount from the users as their income and existence.

CLIMATE ACTION

Cutting down on methane, hydro fluorocarbons , black carbon can rapidly reduce the rate of warming. They primarily come from fossil fuel production. Promote energy sources that do not emit greenhouse gases, such as solar, wind, bio-fuels and nuclear can slow the pace of climate change. Eat less meat and dairy. , Cut back on flying. , Leave the car at home. ., Reduce your energy use. Respect and protect green spaces. .., Cut consumption and waste, Use energy wisely — and save money. , Green your commute. , Consume less, waste less, enjoy life more. , Support Indigenous-led climate action. Cows and Goat emit methane as they digest grass and plants. The cattle’s waste on pastures and chemical fertilizers used on crops for cattle feed emit nitrous oxide, another powerful greenhouse gas. Shrimp farms often occupy coastal lands formerly covered in mangrove forests which absorb huge amounts of carbon. Meat and dairy, particularly from cows, have an outsize impact, with livestock accounting for around 14.5 percent of the world’s greenhouse gases each year. That’s roughly the same amount as the emissions from all the cars, trucks, airplanes and ships combined in the world today. One of the most powerful actions the community could   take is to reduce your climate impact. Meat and dairy have a very high carbon footprint, especially beef and lamb. We advice the community to reduce meat consumption, and consider vegetarian or vegan options.  The livestock production generates greenhouse gas emissions, including carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and methane.  Several factors affect methane and nitrous oxide emissions from manure, including temperature, moisture content and oxygen. This is where the majority of the methane is emitted during poultry production. While abstaining from meat entirely is better, replacing beef with chicken is still a reduction in emissions. Beef just emits so much carbon that any step is a good one. Still, please consider removing meat entirely. If everyone ate chicken instead of beef, it would have a big impact. Repair and reuse, or give unwanted items a new life by selling them on or donating them to charities. Eat fewer or smaller portions of meat, particularly beef and lamb, and reduce your dairy intake – it’s one of the biggest ways to reduce your impact on the planet.

REDUCING ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT

Plan and organize Eco Villages for environmental care through daily acts: recycling, switching off extra/unwanted/non utilized lights and electronic devices, saving water, using less plastic… Awareness on energy and water consumption, transportation to office, waste and recycling inside the office, use of ecological material (sheets, printer’s ink, electronic device, and ecological wood made. Promoting environmentally healthy living by promoting Waste management, Recycling and Up cycling among the young generation. Activities – Tree planting sessions, Beach clean-ups, Turtle-releasing, school awareness. Raising awareness about coastal conservation by creating awareness among the coastal communities.

BIODIVERSITY

Over the last century, humans have come to dominate the planet, causing rapid ecosystem change and massive loss of biodiversity across the planet. While the Earth has always experienced changes and extinctions, today they are occurring at an unprecedented rate. Major direct threats to biodiversity include habitat loss and fragmentation, unsustainable resource use, invasive species, pollution, and global climate change. The underlying causes of biodiversity loss, such as a growing human population and overconsumption are often complex and stem from many interrelated factors. It is within our power to change our actions to help ensure the survival of species and the health and integrity of ecological systems. By understanding threats to biodiversity, and how they play out in context, we can be best prepared to manage conservation challenges.

COST FREE SOLUTION FOR ELEPHANT – HUMAN CONFLICT

The attacks between the elephants and the community have taken lives of several elephants and humans. We should have the live and let live policy. Why should we destroy the jungles (dwelling place of elephants) and allowing them to come to our lands. There were boundaries in the past, and now, we the humans have started occupying lands beyond the boundaries allowing no place for the elephants to live. Now the problem is severe day by day and one day we will lose all our elephants.  Erecting of electric wires are of no use, as most of the time it does not function properly in addition there are times when there is no electricity. Further, it costs lots of money and a danger both to the elephants as well as the community. Plant a row of Agawa plants ( plenty available in unattended areas Sri Lanka,)  around the houses, and along the boundaries. Also grass should be grown around the lakes and the cultivators should be advised to store their produce in a safe, unbreakable stores or warehouses.

SPORTS & WELL BEING

Sports including exercises are a very important factor for healthy living and as such we promote and assist in sports activities.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Assisting and development of special needs children, to be treated like any other children. Talking to them, listening to them and promoting Speech , Music, Sports, Games, Education, Art, Handicraft making, etc. and taking their talents out. Conducting entertainment events, distribution of Gifts & Awards and making them happy.  We conduct Parent – Child counseling to avoid any mental disorders. Improving the quality of life, providing Psychological treatment whenever required, to rehabilitate these children so that they may be able to move freely in the public and take part in community activities. Identifying the special needs of a child and make appropriate accommodations to support his/her learning and development. To ensure that the Children feel  that they are physically comfortable, loved and secure; have opportunities to play and learn; people care about them; and activities that allow them to be successful.  Give them more time to learn and practice certain skills and then praise and encourage.

FAMILY PLANNING / SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

Poor Family planning is one of the main reasons for poverty. This is where the rich are always rich and poor are always poor. This happens as the rich, plan their family, while the poor feels that if they have more children, the children will look after the parents in their old age. When the poor families have more children, they are not able to feed them, educate them, clothe them, unable to take care of their medical needs. Further the parents are not able to manage the more requirements of housing, energy for cooking, etc. This makes their poverty level still worse. Another way they are affected is that their children marry at a very young age at which stage they are even unable to support them. When the married young girl has two or three children in her young age, the husband feels that she looks old and the family is separated, making the poverty level more serious. There also should be a law for abortion of forced pregnancy. We give awareness and assistance.

PROTECTION OF CHILD RIGHTS

We take all actions to ensure that every child has the rights to Education and even the parents cannot violate. Now the latest trend is that some poor mothers give their child on rent to the Beggar Group, and this child is carried by a woman in the streets during the hot sun and rain, begging from the community saying that she has to feed the baby. Although the government is not taking any action, we distribute leaflets, make awareness to the public not to give money to these beggars who carryout this as a business with a Leader.

DIABETES AWARENESS & CLINIC

Diabetes could be completely prevented by small life changes and avoiding processed food, sugary foods, tinned foods, foods preserved with chemicals, etc., Conducting Diabetes Clinics with qualified doctors, testing blood glucose of patients, giving treatment &  awareness about Diabetes. This would be done at least once in three months. Sri Lanka is a small island country but with the daily modernization and human behavior patterns, more and more are prone to this permanent diabetes patients list.

PEDIATRIC CANCER AWARENESS

Awareness to Childhood Cancer, advice on foods to avoid. Support special child or family members. With the proper treatment, 90% of the children who are diagnosed with leukemia could be completely treated. Prevention is better than cure

EYE CARE

Vitamin A deficiency is a major cause of blindness. The others are old age and diabetes.   We will give Awareness, Screen Eyes & provide Spectacles and assist with Cataract surgeries.

HEART ATTACK

Awareness on Heart attack and how to prevent same.  Support and advice on special Small lifestyle changes which can help prevent a heart attack and heart disease.

HEALTHY LIFE

Conduct awareness programs and assist to end all forms of malnutrition, address the nutritional Needs of adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating women and older persons. Assist to double the agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale food producers, in particular women, indigenous peoples, family farmers and fishers. Conduct awareness programs to end the Epidemics of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, Dengue and neglected tropical  Diseases and combat hepatitis, water-borne diseases and other communicable Diseases. Also to conduct awareness to reduce the number of deaths and illnesses from hazardous chemicals and air, water and soil pollution and contamination.

ANTI DRUG & REHABILITATION

Educational and a rehabilitation project targeting youth involved with drugs, educational and a rehabilitation project targeting children recovering from forced drug use. Help youth and children involved with drugs to make a difference in their life. Mobilize support and inspire people to act against drug use. Help to prevent drug abuse, with activities such as  life-skills education in schools and family skills training.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION & PRODUCTION

Promote Home Gardening and consuming of Healthy foods. Reducing  food waste  and fighting pollution, reducing the overall waste generation, and  improving the management of chemicals and toxic wastes. Educate the need to reduce our ecological footprint by changing the way we produce and consume goods and resources. Conduct awareness to change how and what we consume. Sustainable consumption and production, a better quality of life while minimizing the use of toxic materials as well as the emissions of waste and pollutants over the life cycle of the service or product. Preserve the extra cultivated fruits & vegetables for future use. Avoid selling far away with transport damage, handling damage and the cost. Reduce food waste at the retail, consumer levels, during production, transport and storing. Shop, eat and drink locally. Supporting neighborhood businesses keeps people employed and circulates money back into your community, preservation of excess fruits & vegetables.

LIFE BELOW WATER

prevent and reduce marine pollution of all kinds, in particular from land-based activities, including marine debris and nutrient pollution / take action for their restoration in order to achieve healthy and productive oceans. End overfishing, illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing and destructive fishing practices / Provide access for small-scale artisanal fishers to marine resources and markets. Sri Lanka has a declining marine ecosystem, with ongoing threats to the coastal coral reef environments. Therefore planting Mangroves is very important. There is great climate change threat in the next half a century to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is particularly vulnerable to rising sea levels and weather-related disasters have the potential to set back any gains made in agriculture, fisheries and even services such as tourism.

LIFE ON EARTH

Educate, Assist restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification. Educate and assist to Conserve and restore terrestrial and freshwater ecosystems. Involve in ending deforestation and restoring degraded forests. Awareness and assistance on ensuring conservation of mountain ecosystems, protecting biodiversity and natural habitats, establishing wild fruits forests, establishing Nature Gardens, finding a safe home for wildlife species which face extinction. Establishing a forest for bird species, amphibians, mammals, freshwater fish, ants and flowering plants. Awareness on avoiding contamination of water. Cleaning Rivers, Streams & Lakes and educating the community.

WILD LIFE

Animals at risk of extinction due to human exploitation have been found to carry over twice as many viruses that can cause human disease as threatened species listed for other reasons. The same is true for threatened species at risk due to loss of habitat. Exploiting nature ‘drives outbreaks of new diseases’. The new study, published in Nature journal, shows Newsletter that animals living in the environments shaped by humans carry more pathogens than those in pristine habitats. And it highlights a widespread public misperception that nature, such as untamed jungles, is the greatest source of disease crossover. In fact, the greatest threats appear to arise where natural areas have been converted to croplands, pastures, cities and suburbs. The findings point to strategies that could help mitigate the risk of future public health threats. As agricultural and urban lands are predicted to continue expanding in the coming decades, we should be strengthening disease surveillance and healthcare provision in those areas that are undergoing a lot of land disturbance, as they are increasingly likely to have animals that could be hosting harmful pathogens.

EDUCATION

Educate them as to how human rights violations could be avoided. Encourage volunteers to become actively involved in fundamental rights and to ensure that fundamental rights are protected. Heighten awareness of the impact of fundamental rights issues on various groups within Sri Lanka. To take steps to improve the economic and social conditions of the community by providing them with necessary assistance without favoritism or discrimination of race or religion. To assist those children who are being harassed by their parents and or spouses who are being  harassed by their husband, with legal advice and to find ways and means to help them  to  live happily and peacefully. To ensure proper transportation of the community specially of Children and Elders.

WEALTH

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We identify the gifted talents of the children and assist & support on skills development and innovations, so that you will have a good future.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISES

In Sri Lanka about 943,250 persons including youth, disabled, etc., are un-employed from the total population of 20,961,113. When un-employment is high, the community is short of money. This is where the crime comes in for generating money. If people are united together, healthy, educated and wealthy, there would be no any crime whatsoever on earth. Therefore we have to ensure that the community has funds for spending for their basic needs. The concept of Social Enterprises would be that there will be no any paid staff or workers employed in this organization. Every worker irrespective of their age, sex, religion, education, disability would be a share-holder / partner of this organization. Out of the profits, 25% will be retained for further development, 25% will be credited to LFRO and the balance 50% of the net profit would be distributed among these share-holders according to their work input. This one Family concept, will allow people to participate and feel ownership, meets urgent needs specific to each community and builds trusting relationships. Poverty could be easily eliminated by establishing Social Enterprises in which all the community,  old & young, male & female and disabled can show their talents and be partners of this Social Enterprise from which they will get their share of profit according their own performance. Social Enterprises would be established in each LFRO Division and if needed in  the cities and villages of the Division. It would help to end poverty, end hunger, achieve gender equality, promote economic growth, employment and decent work and promote just, peaceful societies The communities will be encouraged and supported in Home Gardening, Dairy, Agriculture, Restaurants and other Industries.

 FINANCIAL LITERACY

Sri Lanka has been experiencing a lower economic progress over decades due to several reasons, and that lower financial literacy among the general public is another reason for this situation. Sri Lankan voters always focused to eradicate corruption and maximize subsidies granted by the Government. The major destruction to the economy was caused not due to corruption, but due to erroneous economic decisions/policies implemented by politicians over decades. The cost of public finance mismanagement has already caused adverse implications for future generations as well. General public  majority anticipates government subsidies, salary increments, and duty waivers from the annual budget speech. Due to lack of financial literacy, voters tend to vote for the election manifesto which caters for those short sighted wish list, without assessing economic policies presented. Sadly, majority of Sri Lankan voters suffer from economic illiteracy. After the election, ruling party attempts to satisfy short term promises at the expense of long term economic development. On that note, there are some similarities between the Voter and the Consumer, who is running behind seasonal credit card offers. Financially illiterate citizens will always get carried away with higher returns and neglect the risk element. Poor financial literacy among citizens is a blessing for most of the politicians ranging from central government to local administration bodies. Financial literacy can develop an individual’s ability of using financial resources effectively and efficiently. In Sri Lanka the financial literacy is in a considerably lower level. Improving financial literacy among Sri Lankans will help create a new breed of entrepreneurs and profitable business ventures across Sri Lanka. Less number of entrepreneurs and businesses in the country is one of the key reasons that the country hasn’t been able to send Sri Lankan made products to international markets over the last couple of years.

SUSTAINABLE CITIES & COMMUNITIES

Improving Livelihoods  / Donate used clothes, books and furniture / Rural Development  , City Shading

PEACE & JUSTICE

Building resilient learning communities / Human Rights / Improve communication skills and conflict management  / shared leadership and participatory decision making processes. We will establish Time Banks in every village. Time Bank is a concept to establish in every village. No money is involved. They help others  and that will be their credit. It is a co-operation and friendship among members. Make the community aware about the concept of our Time Bank, our systems, procedure of extending and seeking help, etc. Their area of expertise/interest etc., can be involved in a better way or use their services for members of Time Bank. Arranging monthly meetings so that all members get acquainted and friendly with each other. Find suitable place which is available free of cost for meetings. It may be a park, temple, day care center, Senior Citizen home, school/college premises etc. Members can plan some get together, picnic, outings, dinner with members and their family on contributory basis to establish good relations/fellowship among them. They can help members with their expertise free of cost. Time spent by them shall be credited to their bank account.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Children are our assets for a better tomorrow. To get the benefit from them, they have to be brought up properly with good behavior and attitudes. We cannot teach the elders as they are already trained in their way and sometimes it becomes a risk to put them on the correct path. If the children are not brought up properly, they get involved in several types of crime including the sale and usage of drugs. The easiest way to tackle these issues is to put the children on the correct track, give them good guidance and make them understand. Prepare youth to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood and achieve his or her full potential. Prepare the children to  go through to acquire the attitudes, competencies, values, and social skills they need to become successful adults. Conduct regular awareness programs on leadership, skills development,  drug awareness, personality development in School and appreciate and award them at the end of the year. We will organize youth groups from Schools with the permission of their parents and Principal. Their main responsibilities would be to promote peace, justice, anti-drug activities, education, sports, unity, respecting elders, respecting laws and better environment. They would be trained to be good citizens of the country. Their membership will expire as soon as they attain the age of 30 years. Only those students who go direct home after School, if  there are additional classes, get prior permission from their parents, do not  go here and there and that after 6.00 pm, they do not go out even with their parents unless it is very important, are eligible to join. They would be monitored regularly, awareness given at least once in three months and we will organize an annual awards ceremony for these member
