Ms. Shyamali Perera conducted a program at the Katunayake Maha Vidyalaya for the World Children’s Day. An Art Competition was held and prizes distributed. Books and a parcel of food items suitable for Children were distributed.

3.11.2023 R/Viyasara Vidyalaya, Welipathayaya, Balangoda with 72 students in the Primary classes and 82 in the Secondary Classes is a poor School in Balangoda for which they have not received any assistance in the past, and we were the first to donate Ex. Books, Pencils, Erasers ; conducted a Art Competition on Environment, conducted separate awareness programs for the Students and Teachers & Parents. While the costs of books for 60 children were from LFRO funding, our youth member Miss. Anandi Dharmendra took the responsibilities to give books to 12 children.
