300 Pomegranate plants were handed over to the Chief Priest of the Meethotamulla Bhikshu Arama Pansala, Avissawella Road, Wellampitiya, to be distributed to the children who attend the Poson Poya activities at this Buddhist Temple. The cost of each plant was Rs.100/- and the contributions were made by Mr. Abu Zanas (150 plants), Mrs. Mano Daniel (100 plants) and Miss. Anandi Dharmendra (50 plants)
