A farmer in Kattukara, Mannar is involved in vegetable cultivation to support his family and he alwsy had the problem of Cattles visiting his farm and eating away the farm produce. As a solution to this problem, our Mannar President bought and provided him with Barbed Wire so that the fence could be guarded.
