67 years old Mr. Lucas Fernando of Kurana, Negombo was taken in an ambulance to the hospital for severe head pain, and while he was being transported, another vehicle came and hit the Ambulance and his both legs were badly damaged. This accident occurred on 18 September 1996. The left leg has to be cut below the knee and the right leg was fitted with steel and it’s not straight. We were able to give him a prosthetic limb. These Prosthetic Limbs were donated to us by PENTA
