21.11.2021 At Edinburgh Estate,  Nuwara-eliya  Eye Screening was done and 50 elders were donated with reading glasses (Spectacles) while four School going children were referred to Eye specialists at our expense.

October 23, 2021 Donation of 20 Spectacles to pre-screened patients, spectacles made as per their special requirements. The event was conducted at the Yahalakotunna Community Center in Walandura in Ratnapura District.

October 23, 2021 Donation of 200 Spectacles to pre-screened patients, spectacles made as per their special requirements, at Nadukaradeniya Temple, Kuruwita.

19.10.2021 500 packs containing 10 Kgs Rice and one full bag of essential items, White Cane and 10 Face Masks each were distributed to the Blind. Also Blood Sugar Screening was done for them. All of them were given morning breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Eye Screening was done for the school Children and their parents too were checked and donated reading glasses with strict instructions as how to use same and when to use.

Eye Screening and donation of Spectacles

Eye Screening & Donation of Spectacles and Medical Clinic conducted at Mahalloluwa Sri Saddarmarama Temple at Kirindiwela. Although we screened more patients, we were able to provide with Spectacles to only 61 patients and the balance were referred for Cataract surgeries. This project was jointly conducted with Lions Clubs.
