February 15, 2019 A program was conducted at the Seeduwa Bandaranayake School for the Students and their parents by Specialized doctors explaining as to how Cancer could be prevented by changing the life styles.

A day out with Cancer patients, entertaining them, involving them in singing & dancing, providing them with cash for medicines & travelling and a lunch was provided. This project was done in association with the Cancer Society of Gampaha.

An awareness program on Obesity with clear explanations were conducted by Dr. Wickremarathne, a Pediatric Specialist for the community of about 200 in Seeduwa and their questions too were clearly answered.

Health Clinic was conducted at Kotugoda for more than 250 patients of the area. The Doctors were specialists brought in from India on a Volunter Service.

Diabetes Walk conducted jointly with Lions Clubs to bring awareness to the public about the incurable disease which could be prevented and if already a Diabetes patients, how it could be controlled.

Dental Clinic conducted at the Community Center Hall of the Sithumini Community Society in Kahatagasdigiliya

Word Hepatitis Day, we carried out a awareness program jointly with Lions Clubs and distributed Leaflets at the Sunday open market in and around Gampaha District. It was a good project as several of the people were interested knowing more about Hepatitis and the dangers of it.

We conducted a Medical Camp at the Eheliyagoda Divisional Office premises with the participation of six doctors and more than 200 patients.

Orthopedic Clinic at Kotugoda We conducted a Medical Camp for patients who have knee problems and the best Indian Orthopedic Surgeon who is specialized in the treatment and surgery of knee issues was brought by us to check the patients and advise them.
