A poor single lady of 42 years living in a broken shed having no one to support her was living in a very bad situation. Our Member for Moneragala, Mr. Sunil Gunarathne who is planning on establishing an elders home, noticed this lady, and after understanding under the conditions she was living, spent Rs.2,000,000/- and built and donated a descent house to her. This donation was made on 1st October 2025 without any functions.
